An inspirational, educational and fun packed way to entertain child(ren) over the school holidays. Our positive Mindfulness and Mindset Holiday Camps have been designed by our experienced team of Mindset Mentors and are delivered in a fun and innovative way. Each day the children will learn and practice a variety of positive mindfulness and mindset techniques. Using stories, play, games, props, music and arts and crafts to help build positive mental health skills throughout a fun packed day. Individual, pair and team activities helping children to build their internal superpowers; courage, communication skills, confidence and resilience. Raising self awareness, understanding emotions and feelings and learning to self regulate responses. Helping to reduce stress and anxiety whilst increasing inner calm and happiness. Bring your MiniMe along to have fun, make friends and learn life skills! Spaces are limited, bookings are non-refundable. Indoor and outdoor activities. Picnic lunch (weather dependent). Lunch, drinks and snacks to be provided by parents. Full day: 9am-3:30pm 1/2 day: 9am-12 or 12.30pm-3.30pm (subject to availability) Early drop off: from 8:30am Late Pick up: until 4:00pm Bookings available for single days or block bookings.
